Shipping policy


USA SHIPPING
After an order is placed, please allow 1-7 days for processing time. Then once your order is processed and shipped you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Please shipping time frames below.

DDD SHOP ships to all 50 states, offering both a Standard and Express service. Shipping charges:

  • Standard – USPS 1-6 days + 1-7 days order processing time
  • Priority – USPS 1-3 days + 1-7 days order processing time

**Choosing priority shipping does not bypass a 1-7 business day processing period*
**Shipping prices are calculated according to USPS rates.  

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING 
Ships USPS First class international within 1-7 days and usually arrives within 7-21 days once your order is shipped. Free USPS Tracking is available for select destinations for First Class Package International Service shipments.

  • We are required to complete a customs declaration with the retail value of the item(s) purchased, DDD SHOP cannot legally declare your order as a gift.
  • Our current available shipping method is USPS first class international, this can change at any time.
  • All prices are in US dollars.
TAXES
Domestic Tax where applicable.

We are required to collect sales tax on all orders shipping to CA, CO, GA, HI, IL, IN, MD, MI, MN, NJ, NY, OK, PN, WA. The rate applied to these states may be subject to local tax. Sales tax is not charged on orders shipping to addresses outside of the states listed.

International customers must pay applicable sales tax, duties and customs charges which are determined by your local government and vary by country. Duties, taxes and/or customs fees will be an additional amount collected upon delivery of your order. We are unable to provide you with the exact amount of the charges. Your order confirmation details only the amount collected by DDD, please contact your local government for specific details. By completing your order you agree to pay all applicable fees. If you refuse or return your order no international shipping charges or fees paid to local government can be refunded.
