Refund policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We only accept returns or exchanges for products damaged in transit or if the incorrect item was shipped.

Refunds and exchanges: Refunds and exchanges are only available for damaged or incorrect orders. To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must first email within 30 days of the order date. Upon receipt of your email we will respond promptly and accordingly and make sure your replacement is sent out. If a replacement item is not available, we will refund the full purchase price. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. Give this 1- 10 business days to reflect in your account. Returns must be sent within 30 days upon arrival.
